Satori Springs Vineyard has received LIVE certification as a Certified Sustainable producer of commercial grapes. We applied for this certification in the Spring of 2008. The two-year approval process requires attendance at continuing education in viticulture/agronomy as well as careful documentation of all practices pertaining to vineyard management and management of the entire farm (in our case 80 acres) with periodic on-site check-ups by a LIVE inspector. Our fruit now bears the LIVE, IOBC and Salmon safe seals.  Kudos to our crew and our flock of 35 winged helpers!
